General definitions

A purchase is a request to order one or more products through an online store by a user. Ordering services and products in the online store on the website takes place all days of the week, continuously (24/7), which means you can make your purchase at any time.

When ordering in the online store on the website as a customer (user) you will need to provide the following information:

  1. valid email address
  2.  name and surname,
  3.  telephone number and
  4.  address for delivery of goods and issuance of invoice.

If you are a legal entity and want an invoice per legal entity, you may also provide company information.

It is important that the customer information provided is correct, complete and up-to-date, otherwise the purchase cannot be made and will be canceled.

Availability of information

Natura 2020 undertakes to always provide the buyer with the following information:

  • company identity (name and registered office of the company, registration and tax number),
  • contact information that enables the user to communicate quickly and efficiently (e-mail, telephone),
  • essential characteristics of the goods or services (including after-sales services and guarantees),
  • product availability (any product offered on the website should be available within a reasonable time),
  • product delivery conditions (method, place and delivery time),
  • all prices must be clearly and unambiguously set and it must be clearly shown whether they already include taxes and transport costs,
  • method of payment and delivery, 
  • time validity of the offer,
  • the period within which it is still possible to withdraw from the contract and the conditions for withdrawal; in addition, also about if and how much it costs the customer to return the product
  • an explanation of the complaint procedure, including all details of the contact person

Offer of items and prices

Due to the nature of online business, the offer and prices in the online store of the Natura 2020 Association are constantly updated and changed. All prices are in euros (EUR) and include VAT. Prices are valid at the time of placing the order and do not have a predetermined validity.

Promotional prices are always valid for the deadline set in the online store.

We reserve the right to make errors and changes in prices and text.

Purchase, payment and exchange

Purchase (order) and prices

The purchase contract between the Natura 2020 Association and the customer is concluded in the online store at the moment when the Natura 2020 Association sends the customer the first electronic message confirming his order. From this moment on, all prices and other conditions are fixed and apply to both the Natura 2020 Association and the buyer.

The sales contract (ie the first electronic message about the status of the order) is stored in electronic form on the server of the Natura 2020 Association and is available to consumers upon their written request. They also receive a copy of the order to their e-mail address.

Cancellation / refund

The customer can cancel the service free of charge at least 72 hours before the performance. In this case, we will refund the amount paid to the customer in full. In the event that the customer cancels the service less than 72 hours before the performance, he is not entitled to a refund of the amount paid. The customer can be offered a voucher in the paid value for the same service, but in a different term.

Withdrawal from the contract and exchange of items

Pursuant to the provision of Article 43 of the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot), in the case of distance or off-premises contracts, the consumer has the right to inform the company within 14 days that he is withdrawing from the contract, without having to state the reason for his decision.

The only cost borne by the consumer in connection with the withdrawal is the direct cost of returning the goods (shipping cost).

If the consumer withdraws from the contract, our company will refund all payments made with the same means of payment as used by the consumer. The company will refund the payment as soon as possible and no later than 8 days after receipt of the returned goods. The request will be sent to the e-mail address within the specified deadline

If you decide to return or exchange the purchased goods, send them back and we will send you another item (in case of exchange). In this case, you will have to cover the shipping cost when returning the shipment as well as the cost of resending the new goods. The user does not cover the cost of shipping in both directions in cases where the replacement of goods occurs due to a material error on the website of the online store. When a user wishes to replace or return a product, he may do so via any ordinary or express mail at his own expense.

Actual error

The buyer must notify us of any material error together with a detailed description of it within the statutory period. At the same time, the buyer must enable us to inspect the item, ie intellectual property and know-how services.

The right to assert material errors is regulated in more detail by the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act.

Methods of payment

The online store of the Natura 2020 Association enables the following methods of payment:

  • With a payment or credit card (Mastercard, Visa, Visa Electron, American Express, V-Pay) via the online store.
  • Transfer to a transaction account according to a template prepared by the online store.
  • Payment in cash is possible at the headquarters of the Natura 2020 Association or in the field. 

Service takeover

  • The service that is booked and paid for will be performed within a reasonable time, that is, in the shortest possible time.


Natura 2020 respects the privacy of its users and, in this context, their / your right to confidentiality and privacy of personal data. We are committed to protecting all personal data that you provide as a user for the purpose of shopping in the online store and contacting the Natura 2020 Association. Personal data is provided voluntarily, processed and stored in accordance with statutory rules. We collect personal data in order to be able to respond effectively, up-to-date and correctly to consumer needs and include: creating a profile, processing orders, providing access to certain functions of the online store, subscribing to e-news and registering for any activities organized and are implemented by the Natura 2020 Association and for possible participation in our own online research and forums on marketing activities.

Natura 2020 ensures the security of data sent by users as part of electronic procedures. User data will be stored in accordance with the needs for the provision of services as required by law. At the end of this period, the user data will be deleted. Any user may, upon request (in writing or electronically) request the printing, review or deletion of their data on the website .
